Dance Fitness is a fun, educational and active class where dancers will build their strength, grow in team building activities and learn the important muscles and bones within our bodies that make dancing possible. In Dance Fitness, dancers will be free to improve their cardio, their knowledge concerning significant aspects in dance and the emotional approach to dance; all three areas are equally emphasised in class. Dancers can expect to be pushed individually and also be encouraged to grow with others.
The Teacher’s goal is to establish each dancer’s strengths and weaknesses in order to give the right exercises and activities to help you grow. Dance Fitness is fun for all with new activities and upbeat music to sing along to. A range of various disciplines and styles will be covered, such as: cardio, Pilates, yoga, meditation and muscle strengthening exercises.
