Strenght and Conditioning
Strength and Conditioning is a class that caters to everyone. It enhances strength, fitness and flexibility with little to no equipment needed. All you need is your body, energy and a smile. Exercises with conditioning targets all areas of the body and there are options for beginners to advanced so if you want to be pushed and challenged, we can help with that. This class is full of encouragement, fun and energy. We work to achieve our individual goals as a team whilst enjoying some great beats and also calming music.
Dance Technique
Technique class is for those dancers who want to improve their technique in jazz, contemporary and ballet. We do exercises that improve foot articulation, flexibility, turns and leaps. Exercises can be catered to levels from beginner to advanced as there are alternative options to cater to all. This is for dancers who want to improve greatly in their technical ability whilst having fun and gaining confidence as that's what dancing is all about.
Dance Hype
A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
